This may require us to ask for personal or environmental information. Demographic information, contact information and a waiver signature will be required for all reuse items. Items may be requested through the AT4all website, and picked up at our Milwaukee Office. An appointment is required for pick up to ensure staff availability. We will accept unopened packages of adult diapers, pull ups and bladder pads, unopened packages of bed pads, unopened packages of wipes, unopened bottles of odor neutralizer. Please note, we cannot accept donations of tube feeding supplies, catheter supplies, hospital beds, breathing related technology, items that have expired or items that cannot be sanitized. Donated items should be clean, in good working order, and have all associated parts. Summer of 2015 we moved to a much larger facility on Plainfield where we were able to expand studio to offer three dance rooms with professionally sprung dance floors, presenting more opportunities for our students to grow.Independence First accepts donations of gently used adaptive equipment for re-utilization (as our storage space allows). Drop-ins began to grow, we began offering short mini-sessions during the week, sold out a recital at Wealthy Theatre and finally, outgrew our temporary location and were able to acquire our own! We offered our first annual recital in Spring of 2011 with 30 participants.Īfter that, we hit more and more exciting milestones. Our performance of the Grinch was a big hit! From then on the program began to grow at a pretty exciting rate. It started out slow but by December of 2010 there was a pretty regular group of dance class attendees and we were asked to perform at a Christmas Party hosted by Amway.
